Spares List

Good morning Puffer nation. 

Are there any of our previous years players out there who would like to spare for us? We’re trying to keep the teams full this season. 

Drop MEL a line if you or someone you know would like to go onto the spares list. 

This season we have more players than available spots on teams so we are implementing a new spares policy. 

Please let the executive know if you are going to miss any games. Even 1 game. That way we can get the new players into games. 

So if you are going to be away for Wednesday night let us know ASAP.

Registration is soon and we have received our ice times for the season. 

East Rink : Game 1-9:15 start 

East Rink: Game 2-10:15 or 10:30 start (depending on response)

West Rink: Game 3- 10:00 start

We know these are not ideal times but there has been an increase in girls hockey and AAA Highlanders hockey.

What we would like to know is:

1-Is this going to affect you signing up?

2-Should we keep our games at 2, 30 minute periods or go back to a 20 minute and a 25 minute period?

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
As you know the Attack are playing on Saturday night. We will be asked to vacate the arena as early as 4:30. 
We had booked the patio at Montana’s for the after party but we received a call saying that they had leakage and heating issues on the patio so had to ask us to do something different. 
So we did. We have booked the Battle of Britain room at the Owen Sound Legion. 
We will start there at 7:00 pm till whenever.
Although their kitchen will not be open we are welcome to order in food from outside if we like.
Let’s go have a good time and enjoy some end of season fun.

Hello Puffer Nation. Great news. For the month of March our 10:00 games are being moved to 9:15 thanks to Georgian College cancelling their ice time. 
It goes without saying that this is the time slot that we will be asking for when we are asked to make our ice time requests for next season.
