Robert 'Bob' Jeffery Hopkins
Suddenly on Monday January 30, 2017. Bob Hopkins of Neyaashiinigmiing and formerly of Moraviantown in his 57th year.
Beloved husband of Gayle (nee Clark-Jones). Cherished father of Valerie (Jonah) and Josh and step-father of Elizabeth (Nimkee) and Maurice (Sam). Loved grandfather of Brittany, Jessie, Jalen, Issac, Walker, C.J., Miya, Liam, Aiden, J.J., Annebella and Kleyton, and great grandfather of Haylie, Blake and Marshall. Dear brother of Wendy (Jim), Heather (Neil), Katharine (Bill), Jason (Johanna), Adam (Jen), Jen (Chris) and Alex. Missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by parents Myrna (French) and Leighton Hopkins and brother Timothy.
Visitation will be held at the Maadookii Senior Centre, Neyaashiinigmiing on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of remembrance at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held at the Delaware Nation Community Centre, Moraviantown on Thursday beginning at 6:00 p.m. with traditional prayers at 7:30 p.m. The traditional service will be conducted from the Delaware Community Centre on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Moraviantown Cemetery.
