The league was established in 1982 to promote Old Timer Recreational Hockey, so players new and used, could once again have "fun in the spirit of competition".

We utilize referees to help make the game official - they are not there to break up fights or control tempers. We expect player's conduct and attitude to be self-policing.

 A good player's intentions must be evident by his actions both on and off the ice.
