The Thoms Construction winger was named the first star for the opening month of the Puffer season after scoring five goals and eight points in two games. Notoriously shy, he answered only a handful of questions after receiving the honour Monday morning and largely deflected the praise to his teammates.

Morris would much rather let his play do the talking.
“I’m just going out there and playing the game and doing whatever it takes to get wins,” he said.
He had a natural hat trick and 3 assists during a 6-3 loss against Hobarts on Oct. 12 and added two more goals in a 3-2 loss against Northpoint the previous week.
Unfortunately, we cannot take this blog seriously due to the term "shy" being used to descibe Frank Morris. Next time Frank, please wear longer shorts for your photo!!! I can't beleive "Pub" let you score. Very disturbing...

ReplyDeleteIt is one of my career highlights to play on the same line as FAST Frank but not in the league. When he throws it into high gear I worry only because no body can tell which way he is going to go by looking at his FEET. Frank is a great example of why and how our league runs. See you on the ice ACE.
